Biography of (Ts) Siti Maisarah Mohd Pisal, Sr. Manager of MARii

Technologist (Ts) Siti Maisarah Mohd Pisal is currently the Senior Manager at Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and Internet of Things (IoT) Institute (MARii), under the Aftermarket Sustainability (AMS) Department.

She has had over a decade of experience in the Automotive Industry with both national and international engagements, specializing in the automotive aftermarket industry. Ts. Siti Maisarah is well-versed in the automotive policy, regulations, current and future development in local and international automotive industry.

She acquired her master’s degree of Engineering Management at the University of Putra Malaysia (UPM) and also experience in working with Electric and Electronic industry.

Her expertise has been contributed into the implementation and facilitation of policies such as Chairman for Malaysian Standard (MS) Development, panel developer of the National Occupancy Skills Standard (NOSS) and also involving in the national policy, blueprint and guideline.

Currently Ts. Siti Maisarah responsibilities include initiating collaboration with industry, Government agencies, TVET institutions, and other stakeholders to support the National Automotive Policy (NAP) 2020 objectives. Her responsibilities also include research and development for aftermarket solutions, standard developments and continuously seek best practices from around the world to propel the Malaysian automotive aftermarket forward.
