Nora is an expert in innovation, policy development, and research management, with nearly 15 years of experience in strategic commercialization. She holds the Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) designation and is a Professional Technologist (Ts.) specializing in Manufacturing and Industrial Innovation. Nora's extensive experience spans both government and industry, including roles at Encorp Berhad, Naza Corporation, and HeiTech Padu Berhad. She also served for six (6)years in the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI), where she played a key role in developing and implementing the national commercialization roadmap.

In 2024, she was recognized as one of the 100 Women in Government Tech from 23 countries. Currently, Nora oversees FutureTech—focusing on Sustainability, Autonomous Vehicles, and Additive Manufacturing—at the Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology and Innovation (MRANTI). She is adept at navigating the innovation ecosystem and driving sustainable growth through data-driven strategies.
