Ir. Dr. Mohd Azman Abas has dedicated his career to automotive engineering, transportation, and sustainable mobility, He previously served as Lead Engineer for hashtag#Powertrain Development (R&D) at Proton for 12 years, later joined hashtag#Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (hashtag#UTM) as Director of the Automotive Development Centre (ADC), leading hashtag#EV development, fleet hashtag#electrification, mobility systems, and policy research in collaboration with industries, ministries, and government agencies.

Now leading External and Global Engagement for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, UTM, Ir. Dr. Mohd Azman Abas continues to strengthen industry partnerships, foster research collaborations, and drive knowledge exchange. He actively bridges academia and industry, ensuring future engineers are equipped for the evolving automotive landscape.
