Dr. Abdul Hakim Ab Rahim serves as the Head of Sector Decarbonization in the Climate Action Division at the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC)). With a mechanical engineering background and a specialization in energy storage research, Dr. Hakim currently leads initiatives under the Low Carbon hashtag#Mobility Blueprint, part of the 12th Malaysia Plan.
